I founded INVENIO because as an ICF certified personal development coach, I have an undeniable drive to utilize my knowledge and experience to support your desire to obtain what you want out of life.
My career has been eclectic: executive-level administration, small-business ownership, turnaround consulting and project management, developing award-winning global executive leadership programs, corporate compliance training and global learning strategy.
The industries I have worked in are just as varied: healthcare, human and social services, manufacturing including automotive, nonprofit, construction and retail to name a few - everything from tech startups to 100-year-old, Fortune 20 companies.
The unique twist I add to my broad and deep corporate experience is that I am a classically trained musician and visual artist. My fine arts background is my competitive advantage, as it augments my ability to be the highly perceptive, dynamic, empathic, and creative coach I am today.
I bring all of my experience and attention to every moment of coaching. My passion for listening, understanding, and supporting the enhancement of your self-awareness, my ability to identify patterns in your life and help you experiment with new ways of thinking and new behaviors - all with the goal to maximize your potential – is the highest and best use of what I have to offer as your coach.
